Reaction ingredients are loaded in the vessel, which is then tilted approximately 180 ° to the reaction position, with the filter screen in the upper part of the vessel, out of the slurry. Once filtration is required, the vessel is tilted to its 0Â° position. Washing steps will also take place at the same angle.
In order to perform vacuum drying vessel is tilted to an approximate 120° position, maximizing the heated surface in contact with the product and, at the same time, using the filter screen as dust filter.
Depending on the discharge port location, discharge will take place in the 0° or in the 180° tilted position.
